What is iMuscle?

iMuscle is a free muscle explorer and exercise finder that works in your browser. Use the interactive human body map to identify a muscle group and open its exercises in Exercise Library. No account or download is needed.

How do I find exercises for a specific muscle?

Tap a highlighted region on the body or choose a muscle from the list. You will go directly to the matching muscle-group page in Exercise Library, with exercise demonstrations. Use the front and back controls to find muscles on either side of the body.

Which muscle groups can I explore?

Explore chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, forearms, abs and core, quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. The back group includes lats, traps, and rhomboids. Abs and obliques are grouped under core.

Can I use iMuscle on my phone?

Yes. The muscle map works on phones, tablets, and computers. Tap a muscle to open exercises, switch between front and back, or use the list below the figure. You can also add iMuscle to your home screen from your browser.
